A golden wheat beer that comes on with ripe peach in the nose and finishes with a tart dry acidity.  Fresh peaches from Marionville’s Murphy’s Orchard provide both the lactobacillus for kettle souring and the pureé for post fermentation.  The bottom line is gentle acidity rounded by fresh fruit flavor.  This is the taste of summer.
