Bar Tender

Shannon made her way to Springfield to pursue an education in veterinary science. But she discovered brewing science and has since switched her attention from multicellular creatures to single celled ones: yeast. An internship in Mother's lab focussed on lactobacillus bacteria was her door into working in our brewery. Next on her agenda is a masters in microbiology and fermentation science. Given her love of bugs, it's no surprise that some of her favorite beers are sours. Of course, as an avid fan of The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, she does make time for the occasional two (but never three) Pan Galactic Gargle Blasters. Outside the beer scene, she and her main squeeze, Zac, unwind by hiking and camping in our Ozarks.
