Wholesale Sales Representative



The purpose of this role is to achieve sales and company goals through wholesale sales.  Be a strong ambassador for the Mother’s team and brand with our distributor partners and our customers in the market.


General Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the successful sale and distribution of all Mother’s brands across multiple markets to achieve established sales and business goals.

  • Be a Mother’s champion and brand ambassador in the market

  • Develop new business and managing current business.

  • Create and present sales reports as regularly scheduled.

  • Work directly with marketing department to develop new and innovative ways to promote the brand.

  • Work closely with the Director of Sales, other sales reps, and marketing department on new product rollouts, account events and new POS needs.

  • Collaborate effectively with all areas of the company.

  • Develop and maintain a regular schedule for visiting accounts in assigned markets based on needs.

  • Establish plans and sales objectives and track for each market based on sales data, market and brewery trends, and observations during market visits.

  • Assist in planning and executing brewery events at the brewery when needed.

  • Provide service and positive experiences to our customers, clients, distributors, staff, etc. in accordance to our core values and brand.

  • Natural leader with stellar interpersonal, analytical, and problem solving skills.

  • Expert at analyzing markets and market trends.

  • Strong ability to acquire, organize, and analyze sales data.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Sales experience preferred

Additional Requirements

  • Travel will be required with some overnight stays.

  • Working weekends for events and festivals will be required.


  • Salary based on experience plus sales commissions.
